Education Requirements

High school diploma or GED required. Technical training, vocational certification, or coursework in manufacturing, science, pharmaceutical production, or a related field is preferred but not required. Entry-level candidates with strong attention to detail are encouraged to apply.

Experience Requirements

Previous pharmaceutical, biotechnology, food production, chemical manufacturing, or regulated manufacturing experience is preferred. Experience with cGMP regulations, batch records, SOPs, or GMP documentation is a plus. Oral solid dose and/or liquid manufacturing experience is beneficial but not required. Candidates will be hired as Technician I or Technician II based on relevant experience and qualifications.

Physical Capabilities

Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout an 8-hour shift. Must be able to follow gowning requirements and work in a controlled manufacturing environment. Ability to lift, move, and handle production materials and equipment as needed. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation.

Job Duties

Perform pharmaceutical manufacturing activities according to approved batch records and SOPs. Set up, operate, clean, and maintain tableting and liquid production equipment. Complete manufacturing documentation and batch record entries accurately and in real time. Follow cGMP requirements, line clearance procedures, and quality standards. Support material staging, dispensing, and production readiness activities.

As a Manufacturing Technician you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations. A Manufacturing Technician helps manufacture quality products through dependable production support, quality inspections, and efficient teamwork.

This role combines hands-on work with attention to detail to support successful manufacturing operations. The Manufacturing Technician follows production procedures, supports manufacturing equipment, maintains product quality, and contributes to efficient daily operations while maintaining safe work practices.
