You will oversee day-to-day production across multiple work centers, lead manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives, and drive safety and quality. You will collaborate with manufacturing engineering, planning, quality, and sales to meet schedules, reduce scrap, and improve efficiency while maintaining Rock West Composites Quality System compliance
