About Dexcom Corporation

The Company Dexcom Corporation (NASDAQ DXCM) is a pioneer and global leader in continuous glucose monitoring (CGM). Dexcom began as a small company with a big dream:
To forever change how diabetes is managed. To unlock information and insights that drive better health outcomes. Here we are 25 years later, having pioneered an industry. And we're just getting started. We are broadening our vision beyond diabetes to empower people to take control of health. That means personalized, actionable insights aimed at solving important health challenges. To continue what we've started:
Improving human health. We are driven by thousands of ambitious, passionate people worldwide who are willing to fight like warriors to earn the trust of our customers by listening, serving with integrity, thinking big, and being dependable. Meet the team

The San Diego Innovation Center is where new technologies, manufacturing processes, and product innovations are transformed from concept into scalable production solutions. Our pilot manufacturing teams support a dynamic portfolio of development and clinical builds across Sensors, Applicators, Test Lab, and other emerging capabilities.

Where you come in

As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will lead an agile team in a fast‑paced, highly collaborative environment, partnering with R&D, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Program Management to deliver safe, compliant, and predictable execution while preparing future products and processes for scale. Lead daily pilot manufacturing execution across assigned areas, translating changing program priorities into clear shift plans, staffing assignments, and build‑readiness actions.

Ensure a safe, compliant work environment by reinforcing EHS requirements, quality systems, good documentation practices, and proactive risk identification. Coordinate cross‑functionally with R&D, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Planning, and Program Management to resolve constraints and keep development and clinical builds on schedule. Confirm people, materials, equipment, documentation, training, and process requirements are ready before build start; elevate risks early with clear owners and recovery plans.

Coach and develop manufacturing associates and leads through daily direction, skills development, cross‑training, performance feedback, and consistent accountability. Use operational data, including schedule adherence, yield, downtime, cycle time, and labor utilization, to identify trends and drive practical improvements. Apply lean manufacturing, 6S, visual management, and standardized work to improve safety, quality, flow, flexibility, and turnaround time in a high‑mix pilot environment.

Support new product introduction, process development, technology transfer, and controlled documentation updates, including work instructions, build records, and bills of material. Partner with the Manufacturing Manager to balance near‑term execution with capacity, capability, and resource planning for the evolving Innovation Center portfolio.

What makes you successful

You have 2+ years of experience in medical device manufacturing or another FDA‑regulated environment. You have demonstrated experience leading teams in a fast‑paced manufacturing, pilot plant, new product introduction, or development‑build environment; 4+ years of supervisory or leadership experience is preferred. You communicate clearly in writing and verbally, set expectations, provide timely escalation, and build alignment across technical and operational teams.

You are comfortable managing changing priorities, incomplete information, and competing program needs while maintaining safety, quality, and…
