Director of Fuse Manufacturing

AEMI Holdings, LLC seeks a Director of Fuse Manufacturing to lead fuse production operations in a high precision, high volume environment. This role oversees shift supervisors, machinists, and technicians, ensuring safety, quality, and on time delivery. Responsibilities include driving continuous improvement, optimizing tooling and stamping processes, managing capacity and scheduling, and partnering with engineering on new product launches. The Director will develop KPIs, lead root cause problem solving, support customer requirements, and build a culture of reliability, collaboration, and accountability across the fuse manufacturing team.

Responsibilities

• Lead day to day fuse manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, and delivery targets
• Manage, coach, and develop supervisors, machinists, and technicians
• Drive continuous improvement, lean initiatives, and waste reduction
• Optimize metal stamping, tooling, and high volume production processes
• Plan capacity, staffing, and production schedules to meet customer demand
• Partner with engineering on new product introductions and process validation
• Establish and track KPIs for quality, OEE, scrap, and on time delivery
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for production issues
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, procedures, and customer requirements
• Promote a culture of precision, reliability, and cross functional collaboration
