We are seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Mechanic to fabricate, assemble, modify, and repair sheet metal components and assemblies in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience reading blueprints, using precision measuring instruments, and working with various hand and power tools to produce quality parts that meet customer specifications.

- Fabricate, fit, form, and assemble sheet metal components according to engineering drawings and work instructions.
- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and technical specifications.
- Operate fabrication equipment including brakes, shears, presses, drills, punches, grinders, and hand tools.
- Lay out, measure, mark, and cut materials to required dimensions.
- Perform drilling, riveting, fastening, deburring, and assembly operations.
- Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other precision measuring equipment.
- Verify conformance to quality standards and dimensional tolerances.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Work collaboratively with production, quality, and engineering teams to meet production schedules.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 2+ years of sheet metal fabrication, assembly, or manufacturing experience.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Experience using precision measuring instruments.
- Knowledge of fabrication and assembly techniques.
