Position: Bottling Technician I/II (PM Shift)

Job Summary

Bio Legend is looking for a Bottling Technician I or II for our Form, Fill, and Finish Group. This role will be responsible for processing product formulations, dispensing antibody products, capping, labeling, kitting and completing batch records, and putting away finished‑good inventory (FGI). This is a highly team‑oriented group which involves working closely with other core teams within the Bottling Department as well as with Planning, Receiving, Inventory Control, Custom Solution Team (CST), Packaging and Quality Control groups.

Working hours are 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM.

Essential Functions

  • Assist in performing various bottling related tasks including dispensing antibody solutions, capping and labeling of vials, tubes or bottles, and assembling kits.
  • Formulate products per approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions including multi‑component cocktail formulations.
  • Verify formulation worksheets to ensure that information such as concentrations, lot numbers and other details are correct.
  • Put away finished goods products according to their designated temperature conditions.
  • Use computer programs such as Microsoft Excel.
  • Set up and prepare equipment for ongoing operations.
  • Operate computer‑controlled process support/process equipment (e.g., filling line, lyophilizer, capping, labeling machine).
  • Follow instructions for completion of job tasks.
  • Adhere to correct procedures, policies and health/safety guidelines.
  • Clean and maintain work area and all lab equipment and supplies.
  • May perform data entry and production documentation completion tasks.
  • Other projects or responsibilities as may be required.
Minimum Qualifications – Education & Experience
  • High school diploma, GED or some college.
  • At least 6 months of relevant experience in a laboratory and/or biotech manufacturing and/or filling/bottling/packaging working environment.
  • 6 months of hands‑on experience in pipetting or dispensing liquid products.
Preferred Qualifications – Education & Experience
  • At least 6 months of experience with automatic filling machines.
  • Aseptic technique in a biosafety cabinet.
  • Demonstrated high levels of teamwork, quality, and productivity.
  • Ability to perform simple math calculations.
Work Environment & Physical Demands Lab

While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in a laboratory environment with occasional data entry on a computer. Occasional exposure to a warehouse environment.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee regularly uses hands and fingers to handle, feel, or operate objects, tools or controls, and reaches with hands and arms. The employee frequently stands, talks and hears.

The base hourly range for this full-time position is $18.25 – $22.00 per hour. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this position. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity, work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Please note that base pay is only one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This range allows the successful candidate to have an opportunity to progress within the position and develop at our company. The base pay range does not include bonuses, equity or other benefits which may be applicable and are dependent on the level and position offered.
