As an Assembler, you will play a crucial role in the assembly and production of our state‑of‑the‑art aerospace components and systems. Reporting to our experienced team of engineers and technicians, you will be responsible for following detailed assembly procedures, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring the successful completion of each project.

• Assemble components and parts according to established procedures
• Operate and maintain assembly equipment and tools with a high degree of precision
• Perform quality inspections and ensure compliance with industry standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any issues or challenges
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to support efficient production

• Experience working in an assembly line or manufacturing environment, preferably in the aerospace industry
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment
• Proficient communication skills in English

This position is based in our Otay Mesa facility, which is a climate‑controlled manufacturing environment. The work schedule may include some evening and weekend shifts to accommodate production demands. Candidates should be prepared to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $17.75 per hour during training on 1st Shift. Once transferred to 2nd Shift, the hourly rate will be adjusted to $19.52 per hour.
