Operator / Inspection Technician 1st & 2nd Shift Available Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Microscope Inspection Technician to join our team in a clean-room environment, primarily focused on visual inspection and dimensional measurements using microscopes. This role involves recording data, using measuring tools and small hand tools, and operating equipment to cure parts.

• Conduct visual inspections of parts under a microscope for 6-7 hours daily within a clean-room environment.
• Perform dimensional measurements using microscopes.
• Record data accurately and efficiently.
• Operate clean-room equipment as required.
• Utilize measuring tools, tweezers, and other small hand tools to perform tasks.

• Experience in operating microscopes.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, preferably in micro-electronics or semiconductors.
• Ability to work reliably and consistently.

• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Previous experience with microscope operations is highly preferred.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Diego, CA.

The pay range for this position is $18.75 - $19.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
