Our Mesa Logistic & Distribution (L&D) Regional Distribution Center (RDC) Team manages both flows of Raw Materials and Finished Goods to manufacturing and to customers respectfully. • Build and lead your team; ensure you have a highly motivated, high-performance team that operates to Dexcom's desired behaviors.
• Responsible for addressing people’s performance issues and conflict resolutions if they arise.
• Ensure a culture within production where Safety and Quality are a priority.
• Focus on development of the individuals on the team for the benefit of the individual and Dexcom.
• Lead your production team to deliver balanced scorecard of deliverables for engineering studies, and work closely with and influencing your cross-functional partners to deliver these.
• Ensure due consideration is given to cross training and business continuity to minimize interruption to pilot production studies.
• Ensure that you and the team operate the Dexcom Production System.
• Engage actively as required to ensure resolution of issues and challenges.
• Coordinate and/or act as a liaison between work area, shifts, and functions.
• Ensure that the team executes in conformity with company and/or industry policies, procedures and regulations.
