RequiredEducation and Experience
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
- OR Associate's degree or equivalent degree and 5+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
- OR High school Diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
- Leverages knowledge of Marketing principles, best practices, and applicable market research to manage projects and programs that deliver a return-on-investment.
- Collaborates with senior management to resolve administrative or operational matters and ensures effective achievement of project and program objectives.
- Delegates tasks to team members by meeting regularly with each team member to discuss business dynamic, develops plans to accelerate performance, and predicts future outlooks.
- Collaborates with cross‑functional teams and internal and external stakeholders on all matters concerned with designated projects.
- Acquires knowledge on marketing strategy, marketing program guidance, and sales by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and establishing personal networks within and outside the organization.
- Writes, rewrites and/or edits marketing/sales campaigns and programs, business results, and trends with some supervision.

- Providing supervision/guidance to other team members.
- Making decisions that may affect work beyond immediate work group.
- Using verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information. May require basic negotiation, influence, tact, etc.
- Working within the prescribed budgetary objectives of the department.

- Completing tasks that require multiple steps which must be performed in a specific order; directions or manuals can document the steps necessary to perform the task.
- Campaign Management:
Formulate & execute comprehensive ABM and B2B strategies, overseeing the campaign from initial planning and launch through to optimization, maintenance, and final reporting. This role involves managing multiple channels across the entire marketing funnel, mapping user journeys, budget management, and coordination with our agency partners and/or In House resources to ensure that campaigns align with strategic goals and contribute to business objectives. - Analytics and Optimization:
Work closely with analytics teams to utilize advanced analytics tools to monitor and report on campaign performance. Analyze data to identify trends, measure ROI, and optimize spend and performance based on insights. - Cross‑Functional
Collaboration:
Collaborate with various departments, including digital strategy and product marketing, to ensure that our paid media tactics are aligned with broader marketing objectives and company goals. Work closely with the creative and enablement teams to ensure that all advertising content and messaging are consistent with our overall strategies. - Vendor and Stakeholder Management:
Manage relationships with external agencies and partners to ensure high‑quality and timely execution of campaigns. Act as the point of contact for all things related to paid media. - Data & Ad Tech Execution:
