The San Diego Sharks are building a high-energy Street Team to support grassroots marketing and community outreach across San Diego. This role is all about visibility, energy, and face-to-face fan engagement—bringing Sharks basketball directly to the people where they live, work, and play.

If you’re outgoing, reliable, and love representing a brand you believe in, this is your chance to be on the front lines of growing the Sharks fanbase.

• Represent the San Diego Sharks at community events, watch parties, and pop-ups
• Distribute flyers, posters, giveaways, and promotional materials
• Engage fans, answer basic questions, and drive ticket awareness
• Assist with street-level promotions outside partner businesses and events
• Support in-venue promotions before and during home games
• Act as a positive, professional ambassador for the Sharks brand

• Outgoing, personable, and comfortable talking to new people
• Passion for sports, community, and live events
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow direction
• Willingness to work flexible hours (evenings/weekends)
• Prior street team, brand ambassador, or promotional experience preferred, but not required

• Be part of building a professional sports brand from the ground up
