As Growth Manager at YES, you will drive excitement and the user growth of the YES App.

We are looking for people who want to positively change the culture of dating. Initiatives like #End Ghosting #Experiences Not Swipes , #Less Screen Time , and #Designed To Date  are big parts of the YES brand.

YES is changing the way that dating apps connect people. Less screen time, less back and forth small talk, and MORE face to face dating!

We are invested in challenging norms, being creative and leveraging ideas in interesting ways to improve people’s dating lives!

We currently work together remotely and we’ve adapted our recruiting processes to accommodate virtual interviews with prospective hires.

Coordinate and market to your network the YES app and invite them to join

Recruit, co-ordinate and bring testing groups in pre-launch to give feedback on the app

Reach out to potential ambassadors and coordinate campaigns to introduce their user base to the YES app.

Manage and help ambassadors grow their exposure to the YES app.

Collaborate, and learn from innovative and passionate team members

A strong network in San Diego looking to date

A strong presence via social channels

An ability to find brand ambassadors who fit the YES brand

Ability manage growing user base

Prior startup experience is excellent (but not necessary); a background that lends itself to being resourceful is what matters

Experience building up a network of individuals for common goal

Relationships with influencers and celebrities

Working on a product that has an immediate impact on people’s lives

Collaborating with a team of creative, driven colleagues

Ability to get in on the ground floor of a startup

$100k+ compensation with salary and equity when hitting performance goals
