We are an early‑stage wellness brands building high‑quality supplements across immunity, women’s health, men’s health, and kids’ health. As we scale, we’re investing in a high‑performing organic and creator‑driven growth engine to fuel brand awareness, community engagement, and revenue.
We are seeking an Affiliate and Social Media Growth Manager to own and scale our organic social presence and affiliate/creator ecosystem.
This role blends content strategy, hands‑on creation, performance marketing, and relationship management, you will be both the architect and the operator.
This is a fully in‑office position based in San Diego, reporting to the VP of Marketing.
What You’ll Own Organic Social Community- Own organic social across Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook, and You Tube
- Stay ahead of trends, hooks, hashtags, and platform nuances
- Write strong captions, CTAs, and community‑driven messaging
- Manage comments, DMs, tags, and conversations to grow an engaged wellness community
- Track performance and turn insights into smarter content
- Build and manage our affiliate & ambassador program across platforms
- Identify, pitch, onboard, and nurture creators aligned with our brands.
- Coordinate sampling, codes, links, content usage, contracts as needed.
- Support affiliates with creative direction and brand guidelines
- Track performance, revenue, and ROI with clear monthly reporting and recommendations
- A steady pipeline of high‑performing content
- Growing network of revenue driving Affiliates and Ambassadors
- Data‑minded: performance reporting and optimize for growth in brand conversation, shares, followers, engagement, conversions
- Deep understanding of Tik Tok, Instagram, You Tube
- Highly organized, entrepreneurial, proactive, and thrives as a solo operator
- Excited by shaping new brands from scratch
- Have 5+ years building and scaling social or creator‑led growth
- Have personally grown accounts or driven affiliate revenue
- Can balance creative instinct with performance metrics
