Lend your skills where they’re needed most, support key teams, and help power hands‑on programs and services. Triple V is seeking on‑site volunteers between the ages of 18–24 who are passionate about their mission and committed to supporting student success.
Triple V volunteers support day‑to‑day program operations, with a primary focus on outreach, student engagement, and marketing efforts. Volunteers play an important role in helping us expand their impact and better serve their students and community.

Key Responsibilities
- Student Engagement
- Event Assistance
- Support event planning and logistics (sign‑ups, reminders, materials)
- Assist with community outreach to schools, colleges, and partner organizations
- Create outreach lists and track engagement
- Conduct and support scholarship interviews (for pop ups)
- Assist with on‑site event setup, audience engagement, support networking activities and community engagement
- Lead a mini project
- Facilitate or co‑facilitate educational workshops
- Serve as a peer mentor for younger students
- 1 on 1 student support
- Blogging & SEO:
Research and write blog content on relevant topics, brainstorm content ideas, assist with editing and formatting posts, conduct keyword research, optimize blog content for search engines (titles, meta descriptions, on‑page SEO), and learn how to track performance and improve visibility using SEO tools - Respond to Hub Spot messages
- Research and compile scholarship and internship opportunities and deadlines
- Create or update student resource guide
- Ex. Study tips, tutoring options, homework help tools
- Help table at events (if needed)
- Update "in kind donations" list
- Event Assistance
- Excellent written and verbal communication and analytical skills
- Computer proficiency
- Punctual, reliable and detail‑oriented
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Cultural awareness and experience in working with diverse populations, including communities of color, immigrants, LGBTQIA communities, and persons of various ages, socioeconomic backgrounds, health status, and abilities
Preferably 3‑6 hours per week; days of the week and length of volunteering will be discussed based on student’s availability.
Onboarding Process2‑hour orientation provided by a Triple V staff member.
Physical RequirementsThis project is able to make accommodations for individuals with physical limitations. The space where this project takes place is wheelchair accessible.
