The One Medical Virtual Medical Team (VMT) is a leading provider of virtual clinical care, delivering world‑class, convenient, evidence‑based care to One Medical patients in concert with their primary care providers. We care for patients 24 hours a day, 365 days a year through advanced technology and a team‑based approach.

• Full time, 40 hours including evenings and weekends

• Treat patients via tele‑health visits—telephonic triage calls, video visit appointments, and email follow‑ups
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities
• Ongoing collaboration with both virtual and in‑office teammates via daily huddles
• Apply your specific clinical training to provide exceptional care to patients virtually

• Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certification
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least 2 years in an outpatient primary‑care setting or an urgent‑care/emergency setting seeing patients of all ages
• Currently licensed in CA with ability to obtain additional state licenses
• Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts (every other Saturday or Sunday required)
• Current shifts range from 7 am – 12 am PST
• Excellent clinical and communication skills

This is a full‑time virtual role.

Base hourly range: $59.10 – $65.50 per hour (plus evening and weekend differential). Final determination may vary based on experience and schedule. Additional pay may be awarded for candidates who exceed specified qualifications and requirements.
