We are seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care across all ages.
Responsibilities- Conduct physical exams and health assessments.
- Develop personalized care plans and interpret diagnostic results.
- Educate patients on health management and disease prevention.
- Document encounters accurately in EHR systems.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure holistic care.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
Active FNP or PA license in California, experience in primary care preferred, proficiency in EMR/EHR systems, and strong clinical and communication skills.
