* 2 YEARS NICU LEVEL 4 OR STRONG LEVEL 3 SURGICAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
* PENDING LIC OK if it posts before starting and we have an ETA of when it'll post
Shift: 3x12 variable or straight nights

Special Requirements : CA License Cardiac experience 2 years of recent Level 4 experience Will consider Level 3 RN if they have STRONG surgical experience from a Level 3 NICU that performs surgeries on newborns and
** MUST MENTION IN SUBMITTAL Will consider strong 1st time traveler with level 4 experience BLS Advanced NRP Willing to float between units (PICU & CVICU) and NICU satellite campuses (Rancho Springs, Palomar, Scripps Encinitas, Scripps La Jolla, and Scripps Mercy)
* Mileage reimbursed from home base NICU location to any satellite Must have own transportation Experience in:
Oscillator, conventional ventilator, CPAP, Nasal Cannula specialty gases, PICC lines, Broviacs, UAC UVC PAL lines, trachs, ostomies, and G-Tubes. Must be comfortable with line changes that have multiple drips, pre and post op care.

High acuity surgical NICUGestational age is 22 weeks to term Strong experience in post-op and ongoing management of trachs & g-tubes. Common Diagnoses: HIE/Cooling, CDH, NEC, respiratory distress/failure. Typical surgeries: gastroschesis, oomphaloceles, abdominal surgeries, myelomeningoceles, fresh trachs, g-tubes. Special Procedures/Unit Details :
**** PASS 2 years Level 4 experience. May SCREEN for Level 3 experience if the level 3 is a surgery center
***** Must be able to float to Pediatric ICU and Cardiothoracic ICU & Med Surg if hired for main campus within their scope of practice as well as NICU at other satellite locations.
