Belmont Senior Living - 13075 Evening Crk S Dr - Responsibilities:
Administer medications and provide personal care:
Follow physicians orders and community guidelines for administering routine medications and providing assistance with ADL care as needed;
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate medical records and report any reactions or medication refusals to the licensed nurse;
Vital Sign Monitoring:
Take resident vital signs and observe any responses or side effects;
Shift Communication:
Attend shift meetings and update nursing staff on resident conditions;
Safety and Compliance:
Adhere to all resident rights, state, and federal regulations, including infection control, fire safety, and hazardous materials guidelines
