Hiring Lead Clinical Nurse – Cardio/Vascular Surgery for a facility in San Diego, CA
.

What You Will Do
To provide leadership and coordination of shift operations in a defined clinical area.

Requirements:

• Minimum of two (2) years of recent experience in the speciality setting required
• Travel experience preferred.
• Certs REQ: BLS (AHA) required
• License REQ:
  An active licensed RN following the California state regulations is required.
• Education:
  
  Nursing Graduate of an accredited/approved school of nursing, Required

Description:

• Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (0630- 1500)
• Skills:
  
  CVOR – Open heart, circulating, Cardiac robotic procedures - REQUIRED.
• Assessing and improving competencies - PREFERRED
• Scrub experience - PREFERRED
• Physician relations - PREFERRED
• Liase with Sterile processing teams - PREFERRED
