Pay Rate: $35.00 - $50.00 / hour (Based on experience)
Shift: 12-Hour Day Shift

As a Private Duty LVN, you will deliver high-quality, one-on-one skilled nursing care to seniors and adults with disabilities in the comfort of their homes. We are looking for compassionate nurses with vibrant personalities who can blend exceptional clinical skills with genuine human connection.

• Skilled Clinical Care:
  Provide exceptional hands-on care, including wound care, medication management, and ongoing monitoring of chronic conditions
• Care Coordination:
  Collaborate closely with physicians, rehabilitation services, and family members to ensure seamless, comprehensive care
• Client & Family
  
  Education:
  
  Educate clients and their loved ones on diagnoses, treatment plans, and wellness strategies
• Meticulous Documentation:
  Maintain highly organized, accurate, and timely clinical documentation of the care provided

• Current, unrestricted California LVN license
• Graduation from accredited practical or vocational nursing program
• 1 year of experience as a Licensed Vocational Nurse
• Home Health experience preferred
• Proof of Negative TB result
• Physical Screening Documentation within the last year
• Current BLS certification
• Valid California driver’s license and insurance
• Cell phone with internet access

• Hourly Rate: $35-$50, depending on experience, certifications, reference reviews, car access, and more
• Weekly Payments
