Responsibilities- Assist in vaccine administration and support immunization schedules.
- Provide nursing care within scope of practice to ensure patient’s needs are met in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, center policies and procedures, and state, federal regulations.
- Coordinate patient care, conduct education, and facilitate transitions of care as required.
- Document patient interactions and data accurately in the electronic medical record.
- Registered Nurse (RN) credential.
- Proven experience in operating room or outpatient settings preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt to multi-location assignments and travel as needed.

- Assess selected patients in the designated service.
- Perform physical examinations, confer with patients in person and via phone or electronic means.
- Implement evidence‑based practice according to family medicine protocols and community health needs.
- Document and manage patient assessments and care plans via the electronic health record.
- Certified Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner.
- Proficiency with electronic health record systems.
- Strong patient education and engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently and within interdisciplinary teams.
- Provide high‑quality cardiology patient care, ensuring adherence to guidelines and standards.
- Coordinate care with cardiologists, pharmacists, and allied health professionals.
- Educate patients on cardiac disease management, medication adherence, and lifestyle modifications.
- Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
- Certified Cardiology Nurse Practitioner.
- Experience in acute cardiology or cardiac rehabilitation settings.
- Strong clinical assessment and decision‑making skills.
- Excellent communication with patients and interdisciplinary teams.
- Support patients with complex cardiopulmonary conditions in a field‑based, hybrid role.
- Provide advanced nursing diagnosis, planning, and intervention for cardiopulmonary units.
- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other staff to optimize patient outcomes.
- Document care plans and progress notes in the electronic record.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
- RN licensure with critical care or cardiopulmonary experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Location:
Vallejo, CA
Shift: 2x12 hr nights
Pay: $2912.00 (13 weeks travel)
- Provide telemetry monitoring and critical care in a high‑acuity setting.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health staff to deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Document vital signs, telemetry trends, and patient interventions accurately.
- Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in telemetry or critical care.
- Strong assessment and rapid decision‑making capabilities.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Location:
Vallejo, CA
Duration: 13 weeks
Pay: $2900–$3100 (based on shift type)
- Deliver critical care nursing services in the ICU, including mechanical ventilation, medication administration, and patient monitoring.
- Collaborate closely with intensivists, respiratory therapists, and support staff.
- Implement evidence‑based care protocols and improve patient outcomes.
- Registered Nurse (RN) with proven ICU experience.
- Strong critical care assessment skills.
- Ability to manage high patient acuity and complex emergencies.
- Provide patient‑centered care within scope of practice.
- Educate patients and families on health management, medication, and lifestyle.
- Document clinical findings and interventions in the electronic medical record.
- Adhere to institutional policies, state and federal regulations, and professional standards.
