This is a Full‑Time Cardiac OR RN position, working 12‑hour shifts starting at 6:00 AM

• 4 dedicated open‑heart rooms

On average, our team conducts 40-50 surgeries daily

In order to remain eligible for your retention incentive the following criteria must be met:

• Must remain in original hired FTE Status and Shift (if specified in offer letter)
• Must remain in original department/specialty
• Must remain in original Job Title
• Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case‑by‑case basis andmay result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless specifically notedin your offer letter.

Qualifications - External

• One year of RN experience circulating in the Operating Room
• California Registered Nurse License
• Current American Heart Association BLS provider certification
• Must be able to speak, read and follow instructions in English
• Must be able to demonstrate positive behaviors.
• Registered Nursing degree from an accredited school of nursing

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in nursing
• CVOR experience preferred
• Trauma experience

Position Pay Range: $57.00-$81.60/hour
