Travel RN - Cardiovascular ICU

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a CVICU position in California, requiring AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications with weekend and holiday availability.

• Active CA RN license required
• Current certifications required: AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, and NIHSS
• CVICU or cardiovascular critical care nursing experience required
• All time off and scheduling requests must be submitted at the time of initial consideration
• Two professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration
• Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration

• Position is based in a hospital CVICU (Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit)
• Day shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
• Requires working 4 weekend shifts per 4-week cycle
• At least one holiday shift required, including the holiday weekend
• Floating required to like units or lower acuity units across the organization (excluding the ED)
• 13-week travel assignment
