Gardens Home Health is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse to provide in-home patient care across the San Diego area, including La Mesa and Coronado. The LVN will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and deliver nursing care per LVN scope of practice.
Required California LVN or RN license, BLS certification, and at least 1 year of professional nursing experience. Preferred IV/care with central lines and wound care using negative pressure devices. Per diem coverage area.
