CNA, Nursing Home

Vi Living, a luxury senior living community, is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant for our full-time NOC shift. In this role, you will provide hands-on personal care, assist with ADLs, monitor vital signs, and support residents' comfort and safety overnight. You'll follow individualized care plans, document observations, and promptly report changes in condition. Working within our resident-first culture, you'll collaborate with nurses and teammates to deliver high-quality care while building trusting relationships that promote dignity, independence, and an engaging lifestyle for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) during the NOC shift
• Monitor and record vital signs and report changes in residents' condition to nursing staff
• Follow individualized care plans and document care provided in accordance with community and regulatory standards
• Support resident safety through fall prevention, infection control, and accurate reporting of incidents
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning using proper body mechanics and equipment
• Respond promptly and professionally to call lights and resident needs overnight
• Maintain clean, organized, and comfortable resident rooms and common areas
• Collaborate with nurses and team members to ensure continuity and quality of care
• Offer emotional support and companionship, promoting dignity and respect for residents
• Participate in ongoing training and development to uphold Vi Living's service and care standards
