Clinical Nurse RN Sharp Memorial Hospital Short Stay Observation unit FT .9 Night shift; every other weekend
Join the team as a Clinical Nurse RN in the Short Stay Observation Unit at Sharp Memorial Hospital. This full‑time, 0.9 FTE position is scheduled for night shifts and every other weekend.
Hours: 7 PM – 7:30 AM
AWS Hours Requirement: 12‑hour shift (12/36)
Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend

Hourly Pay Range: $56.58 – $70.17 – $83.76
The stated pay scale reflects the range defined by the collective bargaining agreement. Placement within the range is based on RN experience.
What You Will DoProvide direct and indirect nursing services to patients and families in the Short Stay Observation Unit.
Required Qualifications- Graduate of nursing school.
- 1 year clinical experience.
- California Registered Nurse (RN) – CA Board of Registered Nursing – REQUIRED.
- AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional (AHA BLS) – REQUIRED.
Essential functions include coordination of care, clinical judgment, leadership, and patient/family relationships as described by the unit.
