Scripps La Jolla Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Trauma Med/Surg unit at the La Jolla campus. This 22-bed unit delivers fast-paced, high-acuity care with nurse-to-patient ratios of 4:1 or 5:1 under California Title 22 guidelines.
You will assess patients, develop plans, implement interventions, monitor progress, coordinate with physicians, and promote patient-centered healing on night shifts. Relocation incentives up to $7K are available.
