As an LVN Charge Nurse at Belmont Village Rancho Santa Fe, you’ll be an important clinical leader on the floor, providing hands‑on nursing care, overseeing medication administration, supporting and guiding caregivers and Med Techs, and helping ensure each resident receives high‑quality, individualized care. You’ll work as part of a collaborative clinical team where your nursing judgment, leadership, and experience are valued.

As a Charge Nurse at Belmont Village, you will administer medications, support wellness initiatives, help ensure regulatory compliance and assist with quality monitoring. You will communicate with healthcare practitioners, ancillary providers, pharmacies, family members, and team members as needed ensuring timely clinical interventions and follow‑up. You will lead and provide direction to Caregivers and Medication Technicians where applicable. The ideal candidate is reliable, takes pride in their work, and demonstrates empathy.

• Follow up on physicians orders, coordinate services with ancillary providers and report to physicians and families any changes of condition or other pertinent clinical care information
• Provide medication administration to an assigned group of residents according to physicians orders and report any adverse reactions or clinical observations documenting as necessary
• Ensure resident care and service plans are followed by overseeing tasks of Medication Technicians and care providers
• Make appropriate situational decisions and manage conflict in a positive and constructive manner
• Update and review resident medical records, clinical documentation, and incident reports

• Active LVN or LPN license in the State in which this community is located
• CPR Certified or ability and willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire
