Position Summary:

We are seeking an CA fully licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our outpatient behavioral health team. The role is telehealth / hybrid, offering flexibility for both remote telehealth services and 2-3 days in-person visits at one of our San Diego offices.. You will work under the supervision of a board-certified psychiatrist, delivering psychiatric assessments, medication management, and follow-up care to a diverse patient population.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and manage treatment plans.

- Prescribe and monitor psychotropic medications.

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including therapists and medical director

- Provide education to patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and medications.

- Participate in team meetings and continuing education opportunities.

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
