About This Role

The Emergency Room Staff RN provides professional nursing care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. This role is ideal for experienced nurses who thrive in fast-paced environments and are committed to delivering high-quality patient care.

• Pay: $58 - $80/hour
• Location: San Diego, CA
• Facility: Kaiser Permanente
• Schedule: Full Time, Night shift

• Provide professional nursing care utilizing the nursing process.
• Uphold Kaiser Permanente's policies and procedures.
• Serve as a leader of the health care team and delegate tasks appropriately.
• Develop and contribute to individualized plans of care.
• Monitor patient progress and revise care plans as needed.
• Ensure effective development and completion of discharge plans.
• Practice customer service standards and promptly respond to patient requests.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure a clean work environment.
• Act as a resource and mentor to new employees and team members.
• Organize work to minimize the use of overtime.

• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) required

• Experienced level required

• Current RN License in California
• BLS certification required
