As a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, you’ll enjoy 10–15patients per day, longer visits, and the opportunity to truly connect with your patients—without the pressure of high-volume medicine.

- NP Board Certification with primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine background
- Current, valid and unrestricted ARNP license and valid DEA number
- English/Spanish bilingual proficiency is an essential job function
- Minimum 3-5 years of primary care experience
- Minimum 2+ years with case management emphasizing health prevention and population health management
- Documentation of proof of anegative TB test in the last 12 months before start-date.
- Team-based care experience
- Experience working in EMRsystems
- Experience with Google Workspace
