Weekend Requirement: Variable; days off are not guaranteed to be consecutive, though every effort will be made to schedule consecutive days off when possible

Scrub/Attire: Turquoise or Business Casual

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Care Manager / Case Manager with strong acute-care experience in care coordination and case management
. The ideal candidate will have recent acute medical Care Manager experience, Epic EMR proficiency, and prior travel nursing experience.

• Active California RN License required
  • Pending CA license may be accepted, but candidate must be licensed by start date
• Minimum 2 years of acute-care Care Manager experience performing Care Coordination
• Recent experience required — must be within the last 3 months
• Travel nursing experience required – HARDSTOP
• First-time travelers NOT accepted
• Epic EMR experience required
• Strong acute hospital Case Management / Utilization Review experience
