Gentiva Hospice is seeking an After Hours Hospice RN to respond to patient needs during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. You will provide direct patient care in patients' homes and serve as the primary liaison between families, physicians, and the hospice team.
You will document visits, support symptom management, and coordinate with the daytime care team to ensure continuity of care. A current RN license and CPR certification are required, with at least 1 year of nursing and hospice
