QC Inspector II – V R Della Infotech Inc.

Location: San Diego, CA

Employment Type: W-2

• Perform in‑process or final inspections on materials, detailed components, hardware, and assemblies to ensure compliance with customer and company requirements.
• Inspect machined parts, components, assemblies, and materials against Military Standards, ASTM, ANSI, and ASME codes.
• Document process and dimensional data; generate accurate inspection reports.
• Record and manage non‑conforming materials according to established procedures.
• Operate measuring equipment with minimal supervision.
• Adhere to environmental, health, safety, and quality policies, including the “Three Circles” Chromalloy values.
• Set up, operate, and adjust tools, dies, gauges, jigs, and fixtures to meet engineering drawings and specifications.
• Work on schedule, on time, every day.

• High school diploma preferred.
• At least 2 years of aerospace quality inspection experience.
• Good knowledge of aerospace manufacturing practices, procedures, inspection methodologies, and an AS9100 QMS environment.
• Must be able to read, communicate, and understand English per FAA requirements.
• Certification of visual acuity to standard regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, organizational, time‑management, and follow‑up skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and writing skills.
• Hand‑eye coordination and ability to retrieve jobs and move to the next workstation.
• Good computer skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Interpretation of blueprints, diagrams, indicator readings, micrometers, and inspection instructions.
