Synchron is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer (Operations) to lead quality for our San Diego manufacturing operations and supplier network. You will ensure products are manufactured safely, meet quality standards, and comply with regulatory requirements on an on-site basis.
The role partners with Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, and R&D to drive process improvements, validation activities, and QMS development. Hands-on manufacturing floor engagement is expected.
