We are seeking an experienced Senior Supplier Quality Engineer
The selected candidate will work directly at a strategic electronics supplier’s facility to oversee production execution, manufacturing quality, and delivery performance
.The objective is to ensure that the products are manufactured according to approved technical and quality requirements, production risks are addressed proactively, and delivery commitments are achieved

- ks Track recovery plans and ensure agreed corrective actions are implement

- es Verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, manufacturing processes, and quality require men
- ts Oversee the management of non-conforming products, rework, containment, and corrective actio
- ns Conduct operational reviews with supplier manageme
- nt Monitor production, delivery, and quality performan
- ce Coordinate issue resolution with supply chain, engineering, and quality stakeholde
- rs Escalate issues that may impact product conformity, production continuity, or delive
- ry Provide weekly status reports, action trackers, risk updates, and quality issue lo
- gs Recommend sustainable manufacturing and supplier-performance improve men
- ons Minimum five years of experience in PCB/PCBA manufacturing, supplier quality, manufacturing engineering, or supplier developm
- ent Strong understanding of electronics manufacturing and PCBA production proces
- ery Knowledge of IPC standa
- rds Familiarity with AS9100 and/or ISO 9001 quality management syst
- ems Experience managing non-conformances, rework, containment, and corrective acti
- ons Proficiency with 8D, 5 Why, Root Cause Analysis, or similar problem-solving methodolog
- ies Strong communication, reporting, and stakeholder-management ski
- lls Ability to work autonomously at a supplier facil
