Education Requirements- High school diploma or GED required.
- Technical school certification, vocational training, or electronics-related coursework preferred.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Knowledge of electronics, electrical systems, and manufacturing processes is highly desirable.
- 1-3 years of experience in quality control, quality assurance, product inspection, electronic testing, or manufacturing.
- Experience working in electronics manufacturing, industrial production, or a regulated environment preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, mechanical drawings, and technical documentation.
- Proficiency using test and measurement equipment such as multimeters, power supplies, and related testing tools.
- Experience with troubleshooting electronic products and familiarity with Linux or software-based testing environments is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, and handle materials throughout the workday.
- Frequent visual inspection of electronic products and components.
- Occasional bending, kneeling, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing and warehouse environment with varying temperatures and equipment noise.
- Must be able to safely recognize workplace sounds, alarms, and equipment movement.
- Perform quality inspections and functional testing of electronic products to ensure compliance with customer and company standards.
- Operate testing equipment, fixtures, interfaces, and software-based test systems.
- Verify product functionality, performance, and technical requirements before shipment.
- Accurately document inspection results, test data, defects, and nonconformances in electronic or paper-based systems.
- Support troubleshooting, failure analysis, and authorized rework activities as needed.
- Follow quality procedures, safety regulations, and ESD requirements.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering teams to resolve product issues and support production goals.
- Assist with assembly, packaging, and other production-related activities when required.
