As a Buyer’s Agent, you will work closely with clients throughout the home-buying process, starting with early conversations and pre-qualified leads, then moving through property showings, negotiations, and closing. You will be the main point of contact for buyers, helping them stay informed, confident, and supported from start to finish.

• Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home
• Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close
• Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market
• Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers
• Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget

• Real estate license required in order to work with clients and earn commissions
• Good communication
• High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience with the local real estate market and general trends
• Show a track record of real estate success
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
