Property Showing Representative

We’re hiring a reliable, detail-oriented team member to assist with property inspections and rental showings for our residential property management portfolio. This dual-role position is ideal for someone who understands the importance of maintaining property condition standards
and knows how to present a rental professionally to prospective tenants. When not in the field, this role will also assist with administrative and tenant communications.

1. Property Inspections

• Perform detailed property inspections at move-in, move-out, renewal, and mid-lease intervals.
• Document property condition thoroughly with high-quality photos and written notes.
• Identify and report maintenance issues, lease violations, or safety concerns promptly.
• Coordinate with the property management team and vendors to resolve noted issues.
• Use digital inspection tools and Apps

2. Rental Showings

• Meet prospective tenants at properties to conduct in-person rental showings.
• Provide basic property details, answer common questions, and follow safety protocols.
• Represent the company in a professional and friendly manner during every showing.
• Coordinate showing schedules and provide timely feedback to the leasing team.
• Ensure units are show-ready by confirming cleanliness, lighting, and secure access.

3. Admin & Support

• Communicate inspection findings and showing outcomes to internal staff clearly and promptly.
• Assist with light administrative work such as uploading documentation, sending tenant communications, and coordinating maintenance.
• Support leasing and property management teams with miscellaneous field tasks as needed.

• MUST HAVE A REAL ESTATE LICENSE
• Experience in residential property inspections and/or leasing or showings is required.
• Excellent attention to detail, especially when documenting property conditions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills — both in-person and in writing.
• Comfortable working independently in the field while following process checklists.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and a smartphone.
• Familiarity with rental housing, local habitability standards, and basic maintenance issues is a plus.

• Experience with inspection and property management software (e.g., App Folio, zInspector, Rent Check).
• Knowledge of California landlord-tenant law, fair housing guidelines, and residential leasing best practices.

• Pay: $23 per hour

• Hours: Estimated 40 hours per week

• Monday to Friday, Sometimes Weekends
