We are looking for a Broker Associate who is focused on recruiting, developing agents, and creating structure within a collaborative office.

You will have access to tools, leadership guidance, and operational support that allow you to focus on team growth without the burden of building infrastructure from the ground up. This opportunity also supports continued personal production alongside leadership responsibilities. If you do not currently hold a broker license, guidance and support are available to help you complete the process. This path is well‑suited for brokers who value clarity, leverage, and long‑term growth while earning rewarding commissions.

First year earning potential when hitting goals: $150,000+

• Create training materials for new real estate agents and provide training to ensure their performance aligns with the team standards
• Work with the leadership team on retention programs for agent retention
• Assist with marketing materials for agents and creative online and social media promotion to increase real estate sales
• Oversee all operational responsibilities of your team

• Proven ability to manage and lead a team of successful real estate agents
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• A real estate license is required
• Brokers' license or ability to obtain one
• Sales experience

$150,000 per year (including plan)
