A well-established and growing real estate firm in San Diego is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support its expanding portfolio. Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations for the assigned portfolio of properties
  • Oversee the physical condition and financial performance of assigned assets
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with tenants, vendors, and internal teams
  • Coordinate vendor services, maintenance programs, and service contracts
  • Prepare and manage annual operating budgets; track performance against forecasts
  • Conduct regular property inspections and address maintenance or safety concerns
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and internal policies
  • Support asset management teams with operational insights and tenant needs
Minimum Qualifications
  • 3 years of prior retail property management experience
  • Experience using Yardi or a comparable property management system (e.g., MRI)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of property operations, budgeting, and vendor management
  • Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with CAM reconciliations, tenant billing, and lease administration
Salary Range

$90,000 - $110,000*

* The above represents the lowest to highest expected salary range for this job opening upon hire. Our client will consider job-related factors including, but not limited to, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs when determining pay.
