We’re a boutique San Diego real estate investment firm looking for a Real Estate Investment Acquisitions Manager to become the point person for sourcing and locking up deals
.
This isn’t a corporate acquisitions role where you’re one of many agents submitting offers inside a large system.
You’ll work directly with the founders every day
, helping drive our acquisitions strategy and sourcing investment opportunities across San Diego. The right person will have the chance to become the primary acquisitions lead for the company
.

What Makes This Role DifferentMost large investment companies operate with heavy structure and multiple layers between acquisitions agents and decision makers.
Here you’ll be working inside a small, fast-moving investment group where:
- direct access to ownership daily
- Your deal flow helps shape our acquisitions strategy
- You’re not competing internally with a large acquisitions team
- You have the opportunity to become the key acquisitions person for the company

- Build relationships with local listing agents to uncover deals
- Source potential off‑market opportunities
- Analyze on‑market opportunities
- Estimate repair costs and determine buy prices
- Submit and negotiate offers on MLS/Off Market opportunities
- Track and manage your deal pipeline
- Work closely with our team to move deals from contract to closing
You’ll spend most of your time finding opportunities, underwriting deals, and negotiating contracts.

You’ll be working directly inside a company that is actively buying and selling property — not just talking about it.
Who This Role Is Best ForThis position is ideal for someone who:
- Holds an active California real estate license
- Has strong valuation and deal analysis skills
- Is comfortable writing and negotiating multiple offers
- Enjoys networking and building relationships with agents
- Is competitive, organized, and self‑motivated

Compensation is performance-based and flexible depending on experience and fit
. We are open to structuring a combination of base pay and deal‑based incentives for the right candidate.
Our goal is to create a structure where the person responsible for bringing in deals participates meaningfully in the upside.
