Our client, a leader in the biotechnology and healthcare industry, is seeking an Associate Scientist II to join their team. As an Associate Scientist II, you will be part of the research and development department supporting innovative scientific projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

- Execute preclinical scientific research or development activities in collaboration with team members for various projects.
- Conduct independent research with limited guidance on moderately complex problems, explaining and differentiating research outcomes.
- Perform technical experiments, studies, and assessments to enhance technical proficiency and project outcomes.
- Design, execute, and interpret experiments that contribute to project goals, exercising technical discretion with minimal supervision.
- Optimize sample preparation, detection approaches, and assay core technology capabilities through experimental research.
- Bachelor's Degree in biological sciences, physical sciences, or mathematics.
- Minimum of 2+ years of industry or diagnostic laboratory experience.
- Proficiency in laboratory techniques, mathematical skills, and computer literacy.
- Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities that improve with experience.
- Good knowledge of scientific principles and ability to apply them effectively in research settings.
