Pay Rate: $47/hr –$50/hr on W2 (Depending on Experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 40 Hours/Week

Job SummaryWe are seeking a PhD-level R&D Scientist to support a 6-month leave of absence within an innovative Research & Development team. The ideal candidate will have expert-level HPLC experience along with strong laboratory expertise in drug conjugate synthesis, assay development, and analytical characterization. This role focuses on new product development, technology scale-up, prototype validation, and collaboration with multidisciplinary R&D teams.
Required Qualifications- PhD in Biomaterials, Chemistry, Chemical Biology, Molecular Biology
, or a related scientific discipline. - Expert-level proficiency with HPLC (Required).
- Hands‑on experience with:
- Cell Culture
- Cell & Biochemical Assays
- Flow Cytometry
- Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS)
- Western Blot
- Experience in drug conjugate synthesis and characterization.
- Knowledge of immunology and chemical biology.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and laboratory skills.
- Ability to follow Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and safety regulations.
- Experience with peptide/protein characterization and bioassays.
- Experience in peptide/protein chemistry.
- Experience with nano formulation development.
- Background in chemical biology with working knowledge of immunology.
- Develop expertise in drug conjugate synthesis and characterization.
- Perform formulation characterization and assay development.
- Validate technical prototypes and conduct analytical testing.
- Analyze experimental results and document findings.
- Support new product development and process scale‑up.
- Assist with product launch and post‑launch activities.
- Collaborate with scientists and cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Contribute ideas toward drug discovery and innovation initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with laboratory safety and GLP standards.
