Abb Vie seeks a Principal Scientist II, Lipid Chemistry, to join a fast-paced, collaborative team focused on developing lipid nanoparticle (LNP) delivered mRNA medicines. You will lead design and synthesis of novel lipids, including ionizable lipids, and drive SAR-informed optimization to create improved molecules.
The role requires independent conception, synthesis, purification, and characterization of compounds, with strong expertise in advanced organic synthesis and data-driven iteration.
