Eli Lilly and Company is seeking a highly motivated post‑doctoral scientist to join the BioTDR Chemistry + Mass Spectrometry team at the San Diego site. You will develop high‑throughput MS workflows for protein bioconjugates and drive AI/ML‑driven discovery to advance next‑generation conjugation platforms.
You will work across analytical chemistry, bioconjugation, and computational teams to create scalable data pipelines, publish findings, and contribute to IP filings.
