- Two plus years of relevant cell therapy industry experience
- Stem cell and T cell products
- Cell imaging, reporter-based potency, cell engineering
- PhD in Immunology, Molecular Biology Biochemistry 3 to 4 years (industry)
- Master's degree in Immunology, Molecular Biology Biochemistry 3 to 4 years (industry)
- Expertise in analytical method development (flow cytometry and immunology)
- Method optimization and remediation
