.We are seeking a motivated Research Associate – Oligonucleotide Synthesis & Purificatio
n to join our Oligonucleotide Chemistry team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career scientist who is interested in oligonucleotide chemistry, analytical chemistry, and the development of RNA-based therapeutics

.The successful candidate will work closely with experienced scientists and receive hands-on training in oligonucleotide synthesis, deprotection, purification, analytical characterization, and laboratory operations

• es Perform solid-phase synthesis, deprotection, purification, and processing of chemically modified oligonucleotides under the guidance of senior scientific staf
• f.Assist with purification and analytical characterization using techniques such as HPLC, preparative HPLC, UPLC/UHPLC, and UV-Vis spectroscop
• y.Support routine operation, cleaning, and maintenance of laboratory instrument
• s.Assist with tangential flow filtration (TFF) and other oligonucleotide processing activities as neede
• d.Prepare buffers, solutions, reagents, and other materials required for laboratory experiment
• s.Accurately document experimental procedures, observations, and results in laboratory notebooks and electronic record
• s.Assist with preparation and revision of laboratory methods, SOPs, and technical documentatio
• n.Analyze experimental data and communicate results to project team member
• s.Maintain an organized laboratory and inventory of chemicals, consumables, and sample
• s.Perform laboratory work in accordance with established safety procedures and company policie
• s.Collaborate with scientists and other team members to support research and preclinical program

• red Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related scientific discipli
• ne.0–2 years of relevant laboratory experien

  Basic knowledge of organic chemistry, analytical chemistry, or biochemist
