Abb Vie seeks an Associate Scientist II, in vitro Preclinical Development, to advance mRNA-tLNP programs from discovery to IND-enabling studies. You will develop and perform cell-based assays to generate data supporting our mRNA-tLNP pipeline.
Key duties include executing in vitro assays for T-cell reprogramming, isolating PBMCs, and culturing mammalian cells with aseptic techniques, while collaborating across functions and maintaining strict GMP-like practices.
