Senior Research Associate (Human Cell Core)
Key Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively as a team to maintain and expand primary human cells at scale
• Operate state-of-the-art instrumentation and liquid handling equipment to support human cells at scale
• Participate in planning experiments and execute new ideas to scale cell models and technologies
• Recognize problems and conduct troubleshooting on a routine basis
• Conduct complex, multi-component experiments independently
• Clearly and effectively communicate information within the team and present at internal group meetings

• Experience working with laboratory instrumentation including complex troubleshooting
• Experience with techniques required to culture primary human cells and/or stem cells
• Excellent communication skills and adaptability to a time-line driven work environment
• Excellent multitasking skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively
• Ability and willingness to work rotating weekend shifts and holidays according to business needs

• Master’s degree in biological sciences or related field and 0-2 years’ research laboratory experience
• Bachelor’s degree in biological sciences or related field and 4+ years’ research laboratory experience

Pay Range: $75,200 - $112,800
